Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on October 12, 2021, found that AAA Mainline Home Health Care, LLC., had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on July 26, 2021.
